She is black with a white tummy, she is an ordinary house cat but means a lot to us, her family that have cared for her since she was 6 weeks old.

She has a basket near the radiator and one on the other side in case she gets too hot.

She walks up the staircase beside me when its bed time and sleeps at the foot of the kids bed.

She wonders around the bedrooms looking for the kids when the house is empty.

 She brings dead birds into the house when the kids are too busy for her.

she was taken and placed into a cats home, somewhere.

It is a good idea to keep a female cat as a pet, as the male cat tends to be too aggressive with children. The female cats do need to be neutered but its mentally healthy for them to have at least one litter,(litter means kittens,) and of course the prophet had a pet cat too.

Its just not possible to keep 16 cats.

Just tantalising those taste buds; for people that love to cook and eat healthy.

This is all the ingredients that you would need for a home made smoothie. Strawberries, vanila ice cream, fresh mangoes and if preference requires a candy bar. This is a rather naughty recepie, but not completely as half the ingredients are fruit. This is great if you burn off calories easily and like me have a sweet tooth, to complete the smoothie take a hand blender and whisk up all the ingredients adding milk till the required consistency is achieved. Looks good, all my own colours, designs, and lighting.Having upto four of these a day; it was just that I had to get it home; sane place of mental state. 

This is a fish called trout, descalled and marinated in a mixture of parika and thyme, salt and chilie. Baked in the oven at a medium temperature and served with a mixed salad.

Salad, with potatoes, tomatoes and yoguart and spices.

This is chicken curry and is made in a deep set pan, it requires a small amount of oil preferrably olive oil, onions lighly fryed, tomatoes added and spices; turmeric,chillie powder, garam massalah and salt. Once this has formed a smooth base sauce add the chicken and simmer till cooked. add washed corriander to taste at end.

Fruit is the healthy option for dessert after a healthy meal. 

Just for the moment, bring you this kidney and potato, without any meat a vegetarian meal, can be eaten with some fresh bread.  

Meatballs and vegetable rice. (Rice that contains vegetables) for the winter warmer, when its just about to snow. Look for sprinkles to add to winter wonderland for added magic.

Pillau rice is best cooked having soaked the rice in water for a while first, usually about three hours. An onion is lightly browned in some oil and then some mixed pilau rice herbs and the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked and brown add the same number of cups of water as the amount of rice minus one half cup of the measurement which was used for the rice. Drain and add the rice to the boiling ingredients, once this comes to the boil leave to simmer, till the rice is cooked.    

This is another of my favourites. Its chicken marinated the night before in yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, lemon juice, lime to preference and paprika. So that the poly-mono-saturates can do their stuff once this is absorbed into the meat it is baked in the oven at a medium temperature for about half an hour.

The aubergine dish is made in as much the same

 way as the curry dish; onions are slightly

 fried till they are brown in some olive oil as a

 personal healthy option,

 although corn oil is also a healthy alternative and

 spices and tomatoes are then added till the

 tomatoes sauce has taken shape.

The aubergine is then added which has been

 washed and cut to small chunks and once cooked

 coriander to taste.

Spices added to food to help make food taste great and help build the body's immunities.

I am staying in a place that was once a sweet village years ago, then it became a slum and when I first arrived here it was uncommon to walk past a person that had been stabbed and was lying on the street bleeding to death. now there appears to have been some investment into the location but its been a very slow process.

unfortunately people are still more concerned with what others have and there seems no end to people's greed.

often heard are conversations from a particular race of  women that are having affairs with married men and men that have deceived their wives and the children are taught and prepared on the conversations that should be conveyed on what to say  to investigating services

where would people like us have been if we were to have followed the general crowd in their ways and involved ourselves in drugs and alcohol abuse, we would have been no better than the general public.

even if a women is a prostitute there is someone dancing about it in the street and it is a very sad state of affairs.

one could spend their whole life trying to help others, but our loved ones need us too.

Which ever way you look at it, it should have been me. Did your mother not tell you, never to talk to the locals. You never ever talk to the locals. Its not that they don’t have money. Its just no matter what they have its never enough for them; called greed. I am running out of floor space now and if I open the blind, then the footballers keep looking, but I need the light for the photographs. The picture and text not quite ready yet. Nine west shoes such a bargain in the states, not logical reasoning to buy in the UK. In the sales with the conversion of the weak dollar. Its no co-incidence you see its all, a logically derived conclusion from fact finding, collecting data and information, reading and well thought out decisions. I have seen a bag to match the shoes but its not a purchase that needs to take place at this moment. It would be one of deductive reasoning and the pumps often referred to as ballerina shoes; remind me of the ballet classes my daughter would attend. It was a good idea because it helps with posture.  One must walk tall like a giraffe, It all got too much for my son, that is it he says, I am doing ballet too.  Don’t tell anyone, I say especially your dad’s friends.  Then we move and ballet stops, because I don’t want my daughter to develop eating problems. I don’t want her to think she must be this stick thin insect in order to be this ballerina.

That is right I will call them ballerina shoes from now, its decided. We move back and I enrol her at ballet classes at Gerrads Cross, exams are certified. The boys say they will watch and make fun of the girls. They get hushed away, as hush tags did not exist in those days, you must understand.  They are older now and walking like a giraffe does not appeal to them so much. Lets wait in the car I tell them.

Sometimes people seem to think that they can just keep on taking advantage of your good nature.

The dead flowers have been removed and I wrapped a ribbon around them. People staring again after all this is london and people like to stare.

If summer is a state of mind

If summer is a state of mind, then it must be winter with snow.

 I am not sure if it was the coach load of fans, or their constant shouting of ones name, or was it the children running to the window to see what all the fuss was about,  maybe it was trying to push me off the road to success that had caused so much commotion. Could it be the lightly tap, tap, tapping on the window, just as I was to deeply fall asleep. Constant watching eyes, attention to every word spoken and every item chosen. Had one not remembered anything about our way of life.

IS LOVE JUST A FOUR LETTER WORD ?

Did ya all ask permission before falling in love, or and let the person concerned know that you were in love.

Did you ask permission before you decided to fall in love.

Did you check to see if social networks were comparable and did you check you see if allergies were compatible. Did you check to see if diaries showed availabilities at right about the same time.

Did you also check if financial brackets would allow social networks, religious beliefs and cultural beliefs  to link and then interlink once again. As, after this is reality that we are living.

And if working life styles would work together and not apart, because you were told, were you not, that love would find a way.

Did you look at medical records, dental records and child bearing possibilities and also blood groups while you were there, because all these things did matter you know.

Family gender producing patterns, family trees, IQs and of course you would have checked for diseases transmitted or already there, because love was free and the rest did not have to be.

Surely, of course you did not forget Facebook, what Facebook beliefs you shared, what Facebook culture you had.

Finally security played an important part in today’s world. Email security, I.T passwords for all I.T gadgets and accessories, and not to forget family and friends that had information to social networking scenes, sensitive information that had not even been thought of before.

And had anyone even thought of the links, and the interlinks within the legal network.  

Not meant to be understood by everyone.

None of these birds actually get off the ground.

I met a friend I had not seen for years, with whom I used the attend the same mosque, for quran reading classes.

I wish I had kept in touch with all my friends but, It had not been possible, to do so.

‘I am just the dolly bird, she said’

That is so sad, I told her.

I am told to get botex just before we go out for dinner in restaurants.

Botox, involves injecting animal fat into the human body in order for the skin to be puffed up, it is used mainly for the lips but can also be used in other parts of the body.

The dolly bird is a concept that has been derived in order to present an untrue image of a woman that is living a dream of a life.

It is an artificially created image and shows a woman as caring, beautiful, successful and intelligent.

She is perceived by other woman as a woman that all others would be aspire to be. Other woman are lead to think that if only they could be like her, they would also be able to live the life she lives. So people following her, follow the things she uses and likes and does, in the hope that they can also live the same life.

She does not have the means of her own intelligence and does not know the difference between right and wrong.

I get followed daily by many people so my behaviour can be copied and the dolly bird be created by copying the personality and identity of a person that does behave well, with manners and etiquettes.

The dolly bird is then able to put on a performance from the many people that have provided her with the information in relation to how she should behave.

The purpose of the dolly bird is to present a life to other woman, of a woman that has everything, this attracts other women to her partner in the hope that they may also be able to live that life. This  means  he is able to have affairs with other woman  in order for them to be placed into positions of employment for his benefit, which they have to create via their own means and funding.        

Had left in pursuit of scrunches, found myself in knightsbridge, where had “way in” gone, things had changed so much; had I just left home in search of myself,  pearl earrings everywhere.

I remembered the days, they asked who is he, and pointed to someone, I don’t know, stock room boy I guessed, no account manager they said and all laughed. 

We had been told we did not know how to use a knife and fork, yet again I had to explain that we did not put food into our mouths with our left hand.

I had decided not to use brand names a while ago, which meant instead of saying Hoover, it was vacuums, and tomato sauce instead of ketchup, and fizzy lemonade instead of 7up. Very soon once I had explained the logic, everyone I spoke to quickly followed pursuit. We wear asian clothes with asian jewellery. I had made the mistake of ordering fizzy lemonade instead of 7up, and hence having been mistaken for simple.

when you (you; written in the third tense of the english vocabulary to mean I) know that you are just a little bit, righter.
The code that I do is programming code and no other code is followed and pray that I can be as close as possible to the deen; and consequently god. Often its possible to read others but its not their code that is followed.

That is me alright, I had to climb right to the top and then; really scary turn around and take a picture. Trend setter and dare taker.  The palms of hands are really warm and sweating but it had to be done. Without giving too much away about where I am and when I was there. Clothes amongst other things have always been an important part of who I am and the fact I like to take risks and reap the ‘bigger the reward’. Becoming a mother has meant that I have to be sensible about the options that are open to me and manage my time a lot better.

...and I even found time to get some hair weaves to put in my hair.

Its always a good idea when choosing to study a degree to ensure it will provide you with a means of employment upon completion. It is possible, then to pursue chosen interests, hobbies and passions without causing financial strains. Hobbies and passions can go as far back to your childhood as one chooses to remember.

First year course work grades and exams results do not count towards your degree, but need to be passed in order to get onto the second year. Second year exam results and second year coursework grades do count towards your degree and also need to be passed inorder to get onto the third year. The second year results with the third year coursework and exam results make up the final grade of your degree.

The gut instinct is not referenced  in correlation to a biological part of the anatomy referred to as the gut, but is in relation to instincts related to feelings associated with actions, events and perceptions and body language of people.

The instinct can take the form of a tither or titilation in the stomach, a huge sinking feeling at the pit of the stomach or more of an all round feeling of insecurity in the body that starts from the gut.

The gut instinct has been derived from conceptual information from many, many years of experience from images, experience and information that our brain absorbs from experiences we are subjected to and surrounded with, on a daily basis.

It is difficult to filter this information at times and it is not until we are able to relate our experience to information and education that we are able to understand what made us react in certain manners.  This is not always possible because we do not at all times have the information and at times education that we need in order to make such decisions.

This gut instinct has not been something which has been given much thought in the past, only to discover that it is in fact an important signalling system of the human body.

Having began working at the age of 12; to be told by a family friend that I was completely independently. As people we always have much to learn in life; always we are learning. I completed a degree in Information .Systems; was merited solely on course work grades;  not been able to include exam results due to unforeseen circumstances, having immediately been offered a job. I returned to university, to be accurately advised, learning the fundamentals again would not be productive even for purposes of a better grade. A busy mother, having experimented with many ideas; mainly internet based, people had failed me more than the system itself but gut instinct remained.

Success was not something that had been stumbled upon but was something that had been derived from good etiquettes and a real hunger for information and knowledge not a hunger for wealth and status.

It was at this time in my life, I had opened a book to read that after having accumulated  financial wealth, friends and family, one would seek to gain status. This was already something I had accomplished, and had also made a positive contribution to society via my web sites and comments  on blogs and the many wonderful people I had met and helped along the way.
