Just tantalising those taste buds; for people that love to cook and eat healthy.
This is all the ingredients that you would need for a home made smoothie. Strawberries, vanila ice cream, fresh mangoes and if preference requires a candy bar. This is a rather naughty recepie, but not completely as half the ingredients are fruit. This is great if you burn off calories easily and like me have a sweet tooth, to complete the smoothie take a hand blender and whisk up all the ingredients adding milk till the required consistency is achieved. Looks good, all my own colours, designs, and lighting.Having upto four of these a day; it was just that I had to get it home; sane place of mental state.
This is a fish called trout, descalled and marinated in a mixture of parika and thyme, salt and chilie. Baked in the oven at a medium temperature and served with a mixed salad.
Salad, with potatoes, tomatoes and yoguart and spices.
This is chicken curry and is made in a deep set pan, it requires a small amount of oil preferrably olive oil, onions lighly fryed, tomatoes added and spices; turmeric,chillie powder, garam massalah and salt. Once this has formed a smooth base sauce add the chicken and simmer till cooked. add washed corriander to taste at end.
Fruit is the healthy option for dessert after a healthy meal.
Just for the moment, bring you this kidney and potato, without any meat a vegetarian meal, can be eaten with some fresh bread.
Meatballs and vegetable rice. (Rice that contains vegetables) for the winter warmer, when its just about to snow. Look for sprinkles to add to winter wonderland for added magic.
Pillau rice is best cooked having soaked the rice in water for a while first, usually about three hours. An onion is lightly browned in some oil and then some mixed pilau rice herbs and the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked and brown add the same number of cups of water as the amount of rice minus one half cup of the measurement which was used for the rice. Drain and add the rice to the boiling ingredients, once this comes to the boil leave to simmer, till the rice is cooked.
This is another of my favourites. Its chicken marinated the night before in yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, lemon juice, lime to preference and paprika. So that the poly-mono-saturates can do their stuff once this is absorbed into the meat it is baked in the oven at a medium temperature for about half an hour.

The aubergine dish is made in as much the same
way as the curry dish; onions are slightly
fried till they are brown in some olive oil as a
personal healthy option,
although corn oil is also a healthy alternative and
spices and tomatoes are then added till the
tomatoes sauce has taken shape.
The aubergine is then added which has been
washed and cut to small chunks and once cooked
coriander to taste.
Spices added to food to help make food taste great and help build the body's immunities.
